•Prices are influenced by variable factors such as service availability, provider policies, and peak periods and may be adjusted accordingly.
2. Booking Confirmation:
•A booking is considered final and confirmed once the payment process is successfully completed through the platform's electronic payment gateway and upon receiving an official confirmation via email or any other approved communication method from Traventure.
3. Payment Methods:
•Payments are accepted through the specified methods on the platform, including credit cards or bank transfers.
•All payments are subject to verification by the bank or authorized financial institution.
•The platform is entitled to receive the full payment amount as specified without bearing any bank fees or commissions. The user assumes responsibility for any transfer fees or additional charges incurred during financial transactions.
4. Cancellation Policies:
•Once payment is completed, the paid amount is non-refundable due to the platform’s upfront payments to service providers, such as fees for planned destinations and other trip-related expenses. However, exceptions may be made in specific cases at the platform's discretion, allowing refunds for certain trips with a 15% administrative fee deduction. It is not permitted to cancel a trip and request its value to be transferred to another trip.

7. Force Majeure:

•Regarding payments, a full refund may be provided in the event of a booking cancellation due to force majeure. Alternatively, the financial balance of the paid amount will be adjusted so that each party bears part of the costs, reflecting the actual expenditures on pre-arranged expenses.
8. Eligibility and Responsibility:

•For trips involving children, one of the parents or the legal guardian must be present with the child throughout the trip. The parent or guardian assumes full responsibility for the child's care and safety during the trip, including compliance with all safety instructions and services provided.
9. Disclaimer of Liability for Risks in Land and Sea Trips:
Traventure confirms that it takes the necessary and customary precautions to organize and protect clients during land, desert, and sea trips, implementing all possible measures to ensure their safety. However, the client acknowledges that such trips carry potential and unforeseen risks, and the platform is not responsible for damages arising from these risks, including but not limited to:
In Land and Desert Trips:
•Encounters with predators or poisonous animals.
•Exposure to harsh weather conditions such as heatstroke or dehydration.
•Incidents beyond control despite reasonable efforts to secure the trip.
In Sea Trips:
•Accidents such as drowning or injuries during swimming or other water activities, even with professional divers or swimmers as part of the preventive measures.
•The impact of sudden or unexpected weather conditions during the trip.
The client acknowledges, at the time of booking such trips, that they are fully aware of the risks and possibilities associated with them and assumes full responsibility for these risks. Traventure reserves the right to refuse any claims for compensation for damages arising from the aforementioned risks if all necessary and customary safety measures were taken to protect the clients.
10. Verification Requirements for Sea Trips:
Traventure is committed to ensuring that all sea trips comply with relevant regulations and legal requirements. Therefore, all users are required to submit a clear copy of their national ID, residency permit, passport, and entry visa before the trip date. All documents must be valid, unexpired, and contain the necessary details to verify the user's identity.
The client is responsible for ensuring that:
•Their national ID, residency permit, passport, and entry visa are valid and unexpired.
•Their record is free from any service suspensions, travel bans, or other official restrictions that could hinder the booking or enjoyment of the service.
Failure to comply with these requirements gives Traventure the right to refuse service or cancel the booking without liability for any associated costs or consequences.
11. Policies and Code of Conduct for Traventure Trips:
At Traventure, we are dedicated to providing unique human experiences that enhance individual awareness and enrich communities. To ensure a pleasant and safe environment for all, we have established guidelines and policies aimed at maintaining cooperation and respect during the trips.

It is not allowed to engage in political, religious, sectarian, or racial discussions, ensuring a harmonious and conflict-free environment. Participants are encouraged to refrain from any actions or words that may provoke disturbances or disagreements.
•Side Activities and Marketing:
Participants are not allowed to organize side activities, additional events, or promote personal or third-party products or services during the program unless prior approval is obtained from Traventure management.
•Maintaining Cleanliness and Safety of the Venue:
All participants must maintain the cleanliness and safety of the visited sites. If a participant causes damage to the site, they will be fined and will be responsible for the full cost of repairs.
•Adherence to Appropriate Appearance:
Please select attire that is suitable for the nature of the trip and reflects respect for the local culture and the type of activity.
•General Etiquette:
Adherence to general decorum, respectful dialogue, and respect for others' privacy is mandatory, including interactions with the opposite gender in a polite and respectful manner. Some Traventure trips include mixed-gender participants, and adherence to dignified and civilized conduct is required.

Respect for the customs and traditions of the communities visited is essential, as well as a culturally sensitive approach to their environment and social practices.
•Responsible Conduct:
Any misconduct, violation of others' rights, or breach of trip ethics will lead to appropriate legal actions, including reporting to the relevant authorities. Individuals who breach these ethics will be prohibited from participating in any future Traventure trips.
•Cooperation with Management:
Participants must adhere to all instructions from the trip guide or crew to ensure the program runs smoothly and safely. Any inappropriate behavior or incidents during the trip must be reported to the management immediately.
•Personal Responsibility:
Participants are fully responsible for their personal belongings. Traventure disclaims any liability for the loss or damage of property. Participants are advised to follow security and administrative guidelines to protect themselves and their belongings.
