• The maximum wait time for the boat is 30 minutes, and no refunds will be issued once the boat departs.
• Weather conditions may affect and cancel some trips; refunds will be provided if the trip doesn't depart due to high winds or waves
• Coast Guard may refuse certain guests due to outstanding warrants or travel bans; no refund will be issued in such cases
• The guest is responsible for choosing and executing activities; Travel & Adventure absolves itself of any risks or losses during activity execution
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled trip will not be refunded
